The waitlist
Joining the waitlist gets you an invite when your batch opens. Invites go out oldest-first, adjusted by referrals. A place on the list isn't a guarantee of a date.
Your account
You need to be 13 or older. One account per person. You're responsible for what you post in a room, and room admins can remove you from theirs. Don't use Mylo to harass people, post things you don't have the right to, or attack the service.
Plans and credits
Free is free. Pro and Pod are monthly, in naira, cancel any time — you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. AI credits are consumed per Mylo AI call and aren't refundable once used. $MYL is an in-app points balance with no cash value and can't be bought, sold or transferred outside the app.
The reward pool
Season rewards are funded from a published share of Mylo's revenue and paid out per the rules published in-app before each round. Rankings are based on verified activity; we may exclude accounts we believe are automated, duplicated or gaming the system, and our decision on that is final. Pool size and dates may change until a round is announced.
Availability
Mylo is early. Things will change, break, and get fixed. We'll be honest about it. We can suspend or end accounts that break these terms, and we'll give notice if we ever wind the service down.
